We are striving to provide the best trampolines to our customers, and we always hope you love what you ordered. But just in any case you are not so satisfied, we’ve made it easy for you to make the return and refund.

Easy and Worry-free Returns

You can return the product(s) you purchased within 30 days receipt for any damaged or defective reasons, and we will issue the full refund to you.

How to return and get your refund

  1. Login your account and go to My Orders, click the return button to submit your return request
  2. If you don’t know how to do above procedure, please turn to our customer service in Contact Us, we will help you with the return.
  3. Once we confirm your return request, we will send an email to you with the detailed address information so you can send back the package.
  4. After receiving and approving your returned package, the refund process will start. It will be directly credited back to your original method with 7-10 days(the processing time depends on your bank and payment method).
  5. The refund progress can be checked in your refund process, and we’d appreciate your patience if you experience some delay due to the current situation.

Return & Refund Conditions:

  1. We only refund for the damage or defections happen before delivery or during transit.
  2. We need proof that these problems are not human-made.
  3. Products returned without confirmation and approval will not be accepted.
  4. Products must be returned in the original condition.

Exchange Policy

If there are some problems or defections in our delivered product, and you do not want to make the refund,we will be more than willing to send you a new one for the same type you ordered! You just need to submit your exchange request in My Orders or turn to our customer service in Contact Us, and send back the delivered one to us, then we will take care of the rest.

Cancellation Policy

Once we confirmed your order, we will start our preparation for the delivery quickly. We have many warehouses across the US, and we will choose the closest one to you in order to shorten the delivery time to the largest extent.

Please refer to our cancellation policy as follows:

  1. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled with two hours.
  2. Cancel order anytime before it’s shipped to get a full refund.
  3. Unable to cancel orders once it’s shipped.
