Refund policy

If upon receipt you notice any damage or missing parts, please let us know right away and we’ll make it right quickly at our expense.

Otherwise, we’re happy to accept the return for 30 days after purchase.

To be eligible for return or exchange, all returned products must be in original and unused condition, including original packaging material, manuals and all other accessories provided. Please place product in a secure carton as to ensure it won’t be damaged during transit.

How to return and get your refund

2. After you complete the online form or speak to our support team.
Please allow two business days for a response from our returns department regarding your specific return claim.

3. Once we confirm your return request, you can send back the package.

Just a reminder – please send back the product only once you get the confirmation and approval. If you send it back beforehand, we won’t be able to trace the product to you we won’t be able to issue a refund.

4. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving the return into our warehouse & QC check. We’ll refund the purchase price. Please understand that we can’t be responsible for cost to ship the items back. After 30 days we can’t accept the return, but our warranty applies.

2. We need proof that these problems are not human-made.

3. Products returned without confirmation and approval will not be accepted.
